Returns & Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a USPS tracking number.  We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

We do not yet offer international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all discovery kits, samples, and decants are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any fragrance item once it has left our facility.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@fumeandflora.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your order as appropriate.

Full-Bottle Returns (if applicable)
If you purchase a sealed, full-size bottle through Fume & Flora, it may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Please contact us before returning any item to receive authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed. If you need to cancel, please email hello@fumeandflora.com as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t yet shipped.

Delivery Issues
Every order includes USPS tracking for visibility from our studio to your doorstep. If your package shows as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please check with neighbors or your local post office first — they can usually locate it quickly.  If it remains missing, email us at hello@fumeandflora.com and we’ll work with USPS to investigate or arrange a replacement whenever possible.
