Where do you ship?
Right now we ship within the United States. Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days once they’ve shipped. International shipping isn’t available yet — but it’s on our wish list.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email and tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Can I return or exchange a discovery kit or sample?
No — discovery kits, samples, and decants are final sale. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@fumeandflora.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
How are decants handled?
Every sample is hand-poured in a clean workspace, labeled to meet fragrance safety standards, and sealed for freshness. We never alter or dilute the perfume — it’s the exact same juice you’d get from the bottle, just smaller.
Are you affiliated with the brands you feature?
While we are not directly affiliated, we partner with the houses that we offer to bring their fragrances to you.
My tracking shows “delivered,” but I don’t have my package.
Check with neighbors or your local post office first — USPS usually locates mis-scanned items within a few days. If it’s still missing, email us and we’ll help investigate or replace when possible.
Can I send a kit as a gift?
Yes! Most of our kits are gift-ready. You can include a note at checkout or email us after you place your order.
How should I store my fragrances?
Keep them cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight. A drawer beats a windowsill every time.
Do you have a physical location?
While we don’t have a physical storefront, we partner with retailers to bring tactile pop-up sniffing experiences to our fragrance aficionados in our home market of Southern California.
Can I partner with Fume & Flora?
Yes! We are constantly curating partnerships with fragrance brands and content creators to promote fragrant story-telling by mood and confession. If you think we might be a great fit, reach out at hello@fumeandflora.com.
Where can I ask another question?
Email hello@fumeandflora.com — real humans (and lots of perfume) on the other end.
