All fragrances and discovery kits are intended for lawful, personal use.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved gateways. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or inconsistent with normal retail activity.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via USPS within the United States. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, though we make every effort to meet them. Once an order has shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer. For more information, please refer to our Returns & Shipping Policy.
Returns & Refunds

Decanted Fragrance Notice
Some products offered by Fume & Flora are officially licensed or authorized fragrances that have been decanted into smaller volumes for sampling purposes. Each decant is handled with care, labeled in compliance with fragrance safety standards, and clearly identified as a repackaged sample. Fume & Flora is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original fragrance houses unless explicitly stated.
Intellectual Property
All site content, including text, logos, and licensed photography, is used with permission or under applicable license. You may not reproduce or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Fume & Flora or the respective rights holder.
