Fragrance is a highly personal experience. While Fume & Flora guarantees that every fragrance we sell is authentic, received directly from the brand or authorized distributor, we understand that scent perception varies from person to person. Because of this, we encourage customers to explore samples or smaller decants before purchasing larger formats whenever possible.
Due to hygiene standards and the nature of fragrance products, we can only accept returns for items that remain completely unused and unopened.
Items that have been opened, sprayed, or otherwise used cannot be returned.
All samples and decants sold by Fume & Flora are prepared by hand using authentic fragrance sourced directly from the original manufacturer’s bottle.
Because these items are intended to be opened and tested, they cannot be returned once the outer packaging has been opened.
Returns may only be considered if the product packaging remains fully sealed and unopened exactly as it was delivered.
Once packaging has been opened, the item is considered used and is no longer eligible for return.
Full-size bottles may be eligible for return only if they are completely unused and unopened.
To qualify for a return:
• The bottle must not have been sprayed
• The box must remain unopened
• Any cellophane or manufacturer seal must remain intact
We cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened, protective wrapping removed, or if the bottle shows any indication of use.
Fume & Flora reserves the right to evaluate the condition of returned merchandise upon receipt.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Your order number
• The item(s) you would like to return
• The reason for the return
If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
All returned merchandise is inspected upon arrival.
If a returned item does not meet the conditions described in this policy, the return may be declined. In that case, the item may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Prompt reporting allows us to file claims with the carrier when necessary.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days.
Please note:
• Shipping charges are not refundable
• Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and bank
Fragrances are complex compositions made from natural and synthetic materials, and slight variations can occur between batches, production runs, or over time as a fragrance matures.
Factors such as storage conditions, temperature changes during shipping, and normal aging of perfume oils may also influence how a fragrance smells when first received.
These variations are a normal part of perfumery and do not constitute a defect or damage. Differences in scent perception or performance are not considered valid reasons for return.
