Fume & Flora ships orders within the United States.
Each order is carefully packed to ensure your fragrances arrive safely and ready to be explored, and typically ships within 2–4 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During launches or busy periods, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders are shipped via USPS or other major carriers depending on destination and service availability.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment, though transit times may vary depending on carrier operations.
Because fragrance products contain alcohol, certain shipments may be required to travel via ground transportation in accordance with carrier regulations. This is standard practice for perfume shipments and may influence delivery timelines in some cases.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Fume & Flora cannot be responsible for packages delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us for this reason, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation where possible.
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us at hello@fumeandflora.com within 5 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Prompt reporting allows us to work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Because fragrance samples and decants are filled by hand and shipped in small glass atomizers, minor cosmetic leakage or slight evaporation may occasionally occur during transit due to pressure and temperature changes.
Small variations in fill level or minor scent residue on the outside of a vial are considered normal for shipped fragrance samples and do not affect the usability of the product.
If a bottle arrives significantly damaged, broken, or significantly emptied, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.
